Pool & Hot Tub Info: - Pool Heating: This can be ordered through your guest portal for $50 per day plus tax. - This pool can only heat 20°F above outside temp - mornings will be cooler after overnight lower temps. For colder times, please monitor weather & don't pay when it's too cold to be warm enough to be comfortable. No refunds after pool has been turned on - Heavy rain affects water balance — pool may need servicing - Do NOT tamper with pool controls — violations may result in stay termination - The hot tub is serviced before your arrival and will not serviced again during your stay. - The pool is serviced once a week during the winter and twice a week during the rest of the year. Due to route changes, we cannot give specific times the servicer will be stopping, but it is typically early in the day. - The yard may also be serviced during your stay. In the event the tank runs out during your stay, guests can reach out to host for one refill at no cost. Additional propane may be purchased at the cost of the guest. AGE REQUIREMENTS - Getaways requires all guests to be 21 years of age or older. ID verification is required before check-in. No exceptions are permitted. Families are exempt from this rule. No parties, no outside guests, no rough or disruptive behavior, and no moving of furniture. Violations may result in immediate removal with no refund. Each have completely separate entrances. Guests should be aware of this and use caution when driving. **POOL: Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund. Pool is not heated. Please note: excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.** **HOT TUB: Both hot tubs are available from September through April, however, the inflatable hot tub in the apartment living space is limited to 104F. Please note: while it is highly unlikely that there are issues with the hot tub, it is a possibility and there is no guarantee. Additionally, excessive rain/exposure to outside elements causes chemicals to be knocked off balance. Hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if hot tub maintenance come by during your stay.
