A short walk into the beautiful Village. Perfect place to kick back and relax with the beach not too far away. Local train station with easy access into the Seaside town Southport and also Liverpool City Centre. Plenty walks to do in the Pine Woods. Great location with Great transport links! The space Fitted wardrobes in the main bedroom. Over looking the enclosed back garden area. Second bedroom has a double bed and we can offer a Jaybe pull out single bed as extra this would fit in the fifth person. Please not this needs to be requested upon booking. There will be fresh bed linen for jaybe bed with pillows and duvet. Kitchen fitted with all up to date accessories. Bathroom had a shower over the bath and fresh linen will be provided aswell as shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Lounge and dining area as one. With a smart TV and a selection of books for adults and children Guest access You have access to the whole bungalow and back garden area. If smoking please only smoke outside. Other things to note Hi welcome to our Air B and B. We are new to trying this way of renting our out property. If there is anything else you require before booking don’t hesitate to ask. We can offer a dog crate if its needed if you plan on bringing your fur baby. Please bring their own blankets. Please let us know If there is anything we can do better next time.
