The flat offers all amenities for up to 4 people, the kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven and microwave, and a washer/dryer. There is also an iron and board. The space The beautiful house was built in the late 19th century and the top 3rd floor flat is light and airy and has lovely roof top views. Guest access On the 3rd floor, the flat is completely self-contained. A large hall way leads to a kitchen with seating for 4 people. There is a double bedroom, large shower room and a sitting room with sofas and comfy chairs for relaxing. Other things to note The price is for 2 guests. For each other guest, up to a maximum of 2 other guests, there is an additional price of £20 per person per night. Alongside the double bedroom, the flat is equipped with a double sofa bed and single sofa bed, and can be configured for 2, 2+1, or 2+2 guests.
