This recently renovated one bedroom apartment is in Ocean Beach, California and has a small private fenced in dog friendly yard. We are conveniently located about two blocks from the ocean/sand. We are on the North side of OB near Robb Field and the San Diego River channel. Dog Beach, one of the few San Diego's few beaches that allows dogs 24/7 365 days a year, is just a few minutes walk away. There are tons of bars, restaurants, coffee carts, and shops all within walking distance. The space This is a gated property with many of the units (like this one) opening onto the courtyard with lush gardens and trees. Newly remodeled with faux granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, and gated back patio. Guest access The BBQ grill located in the gated courtyard. Other things to note Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own.
