Gulf Breeze Zoo is close by! Destin has all the adventure & shopping that you desire. Pensacola is the home of the Blue Angels - THEY ARE AMAZING! Beautifully Decorated Coastal Farmhouse Cottage! 3 bedroom/2 bath. Sleeps 8 and has comfortable beds to enjoy at the end of your day. Large master suite has a king bed. Second master bedroom has 2 queen beds. Third has a queen bed. Enjoy conversation while cooking in the fully equipped kitchen open to living areas with vaulted ceiling, farmhouse dining room that seats 8 and breakfast nook area. The bar space also doubles well if you need a space for a laptop to get some work accomplished. There is also a small desk and chair in the primary bedroom. Three Smart TVs are provided for viewing enjoyment. Internet is provided. Great screened patio for morning coffee! Washer/Dryer. We live in a wonderful neighborhood with great neighbors. Say hi! Guest access You have full access to the house and yard, but there is no access to the garage. Other things to note POLICIES: Absolutely no smoking on the premises and no pets allowed (out of respect for the next guests and allergy sensitivities). Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited out of respect for our neighbors and our home. An additional cleaning fee/remediation cost if it's discovered you or guests did either. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. It is very important that you keep outside noise down from 9pm to 7am per city ordinance. Also, our sensitive neighbors will not tolerate unreasonable noise. THINGS TO KNOW: For your security and the security of the property, there are cameras outside at the front, side, and back of the house. IMPORTANT: There is a canal that always has water in the back connected to our property. This is not our property. CHILDREN MUST NEVER BE LEFT UNATTENDED!! You are accepting full responsibility for the safety of yourself, family, and all guests; and agreeing to supervise children to ensure their safety. Owners assume no responsibility for any accident or injury, or damage to or loss of personal property. BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critter, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. We are on a septic system that is designed to handle water, human waste and toilet paper. Tissues, condoms, diapers, wipes and tampons will not break down and will cause plumbing and septic blockages that will lead to sewage backflow, and you will be responsible for the costly repairs. PARKING NOTES: Driveway holds 4 vehicles max per stay. Street parking is against our HOA Policy. Please do not park vehicles on the lawn due to sprinkler system.
