The open concept Living Room/Dining Room is the perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends after a fun-filled day at the Beach! It consists of a large Sofa, Smart TV (Streaming & Spectrum Cable) extra seating and a Dining Table/Chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal including utensils, plates, cookware, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, etc. Also enjoy morning coffee with a Keurig Coffee Maker (coffee, creamer and sugar provided). A full Bathroom with a sink and shower is also located on the first floor off the Kitchen. On the Second floor, the Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, Closet and TV for Streaming/Cable. The Private Master bathroom consists of a walk in shower and sink. The Second Bedroom has 2 Twin over Twin bunk beds, a Twin Trundle Bed (5 Twins total) and TV Streaming/Cable. The Third Bedroom has a Twin over Full Bunk Bed. The Hall Bathroom consists of a Tub/Shower Combo and large sink. There is also a full size Washer/Dryer (detergent provided) for guests to use. Located off the Kitchen, take a step out to the private patio with a glass of wine after a long day at the Beach and relax!! Don't delay- this place is perfect for your Padre getaway!!! Also, rent a golf cart and cruise around the town with ease! The 2 Community Pools are perfect for both adults and kids and is the perfect place to relax after a long day on the Beach!!
