Washer and dryer on site for guest use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house apart from the locked supply closets and backyard shed. Other things to note No Smoking - cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, marijuana, etc. in the home. Do not leave cigarette butts outside - please bag and dispose of in trash bin. No parties - no unregistered guests overnight or for a visit without written approval. No pets. No outside vendors without written permission. Check In 3:00PM Check Out 11:00AM Security cameras have been placed on the exterior of the house to track weather conditions and parking. These are not directed toward living spaces to protect guest privacy. Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM - please be respectful of our neighbors and our community. ***What to expect during the winter*** We do recommend having AWD/4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter months. The cottage is located in an area that can receive large amounts of snow in a short period of time. Our cottage will typically be plowed WITHIN 24 hours of receiving 6 inches of snow but WILL NOT be plowed after every snowfall. We also do not offer snow shoveling service during your stay but provide snow shovels available for your use.
