Renovated, Cozy Oasis in Syracuse Suburb near SU

This home has been my retreat for more than a decade. *The kitchen is remodeled . *The living room, dining room, master bedroom w queen bed and bath have all new paint and furniture as of a year ago. *Both bathrooms are located on the second floor. *The outdoor space and sun porch are my favorites during the spring and summer months. *Also, the bonus space is a beautiful office upstairs. *Wegmans (!) is a mile down the road as well as onramps to 81 and 481. The space *Great for a couple or someone traveling for work *Sitting on the couch and reading a book is a favorite of mine. *The kitchen/dining room are wonderful for two people to cook and share a meal. *Kitchen: every inch of it is new, including appliances and quartz countertops. Guest access There are no spaces off limits, other than a spare bedroom that is used as storage. Feel free to hang out on the sun porch (depending on weather!), spread out on the sofa, and do work in the office. Other things to note The home is located in the Town of DeWitt, with a Fayetteville address. This area is only 10 minutes from Syracuse University and parks. It's a highly-desirable neighborhood.
