This approx. 35 m² holiday flat by the sea on Timmendorfer Strand combines stylish design with plenty of comfort. The newly renovated studio offers bright rooms, modern furnishings and a quiet location near the centre – perfect for couples, business travellers and guests with pets. The open-plan living and sleeping area features a comfortable premium box-spring bed, a cosy sitting area with a large sofa and smart TV, and a dining area for two. The fully equipped kitchenette with a mobile hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, kettle and coffee machine invites you to cook. The modern bathroom impresses with its stylishly designed walk-in shower. Special extras: a large parking space and a covered bicycle shed in the backyard. Pets are welcome – walks and dog beaches are within easy reach. 📍 Location and surroundings: The holiday apartment is located at Wolburgstraße 31 in Timmendorfer Strand – centrally yet quietly situated. The fine sandy beach is only a few minutes' walk away (approx. 700 m). Shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafés are within easy walking distance. Active guests are also catered for: cycle tours along the Baltic Sea coast start right outside the door, and your bike is safely stored in the bike shed. For guests with dogs, the nearby dog beach offers ideal conditions. Timmendorfer Strand is known for its promenade, boutiques and beach culture – an ideal starting point for a relaxing or active holiday on the Baltic Sea. Guest access The holiday flat is located at Wolburgstraße 31 in Timmendorfer Strand, in a house in a quiet residential area. The driveway leads to the back garden with a communal car park for up to 12 cars. There is also a covered bicycle shed there. The entrance is reached via the stairs at the driveway. The flat is on the first floor and is easily accessible via the staircase – so you can start your holiday feeling relaxed. Other things to note Dogs and other pets are welcome guests here. You can easily indicate during the booking process whether you will be bringing pets and how many. Up to two dogs are allowed. Bed linen, towels, shower mats and tea towels are included in the price. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and bin bags. Beyond that, you are responsible for your own supplies. Please note: The flat is a non-smoking accommodation. We want you to feel completely at home with us and enjoy your time at the Baltic Sea without any worries.
