A deluxe cottage, apart of a quaint resort, with a private hot tub, dock and privacy fence right on the shore of a beautiful spring fed lake. Great for all water sports. Relax by your smokeless campfire and picnic table with a fresh caught fish on your charcoal grill. Snowmobile right off our property (or on the lake) right onto state trails, also used for bicycles, dirt bikes and 4x4s. The shower has an endless supply of hot water with our new tankless hot water heaters for those sore muscles after all your fun activities. Guest access The cabins were renovated with brand new ceramic tile and wood floors, new modern bath with rain shower head and hand held shower and built-in vanity. We kept the cedar paneling that gives it a warm rustic feeling. Lounge on the leather couch while you watch your favorite shows on the tv or stream movies. There is plenty of room for everyone to sit down at the table and enjoy the views of the lake. Other things to note **This property uses well water, though sometimes it's unpleasant to smell, it is safe to drink and cook with. **Pets are $20 per pet. This fee is per stay, not per day. Only minutes from the Up North lodge with delicious food, full bar and special events. It is less than five miles to the center of the town Gwinn where you can find grocery stores, drugstore, eateries, fuel and library. Marquette , a hip university town of 30,000 on the shores of Lake Superior is only 30 minutes away. Many waterfalls and rivers and wildlife and parks to enjoy within easy driving distance
