Guest access You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff. Other things to note Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests. Service animals are allowed on our properties.
