Take a break and unwind at our peaceful country retreat. This is the perfect space to relax after a busy day and ideal for a romantic getaway. A place of quiet retreat. Set amongst the picturesque hills of Belgravia this charming rural guest studio is an easy 15 min to the outskirts of Orange, with its vibrant cafes, art galleries and award winning wineries.The historic township of Molong is 10min away where you will find cafes, boutique shops , and an IGA. The space The guest studio comprises one bedroom, living room and bathroom. It has a combined living, dining and kitchen. The bedroom has luxurious linen bedding and hotel quality pillows. There is an electric blanket for the colder months. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, fridge and coffee pod machine. Please note there is no dishwasher. There is a generously proportioned bathroom with a large walk-in shower and luxurious tub to soak in while you enjoy the outlook. The studio is attached to the main homestead, your accommodation has its own private entrance, drive and garden area for your private use. The main homestead is over 100 years old, it is a rammed earth home which we are still in the process of renovating. We are a small farm surrounded by larger working farms. There is an abundance of bird life to observe and beautiful outlooks over the countryside. Enjoy a drink at the outdoor bar area as you watch the sun set or take the opportunity for some amazing stargazing. The night sky can be appreciated In the cooler months while you enjoy the warmth of a fire pit. A slow morning coffee on the front patio is a perfect start to your day. Please note the fire pit may not be available at certain times depending on the season and restrictions. Guest access The garden in front of the studio and area on the south side of the studio is for your private use. From the studio you are free to wander through the orchard and into the home yard where we have a vegetable garden and small vineyard. We are small egg producers and our chooks are pasture raised so you may encounter them out and about as you explore the property. For a longer walk you can continue through the back gate into the paddocks. You may come across some cattle grazing they may be curious but will keep their distance. Other things to note Please note there is about 3km unsealed road if you are travelling from Orange and about 500m of unsealed road if you are coming from Molong.
