Welcome to my inviting mountain retreat in Dillon, Colorado, a haven for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers. Newly upgraded with marble countertops and high end appliances, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is close to everything you need for a perfect getaway, grocery stores and outlet malls 5 mins drive away, within 20 minutes of 5 world class ski resorts, restaurants, the town park, the marina, biking/hiking trails a minutes walk away. The space Inside, enjoy the comforts of modern living with recent updates and renovations. The well-appointed living spaces feature comfortable furniture and a wood-burning fireplace (with provided wood) creating a cozy and warm ambiance after a day of outdoor activities. Need a little more than that? A Sauna is available in the common area, sweat it out and rejuvenate! The kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary adventures, including ample appliances (waffle maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender, etc.) and all the spices you could need! There is a washer and dryer available for your convenience a short walk away (one entry way over in the basement). Accommodating up to 6 guests: in a queen (bedroom 1) and a bunk with trundle (1 full, 1 twin on top, 1 twin trundle underneath). Mattresses are all new (as of fall 2023) and are memory foam. The couch can be used in the living room as another sleeping space. There are two bathrooms, one full and one half with heat lamps in each! The property also offers two parking spots, ensuring easy access. Additional overnight parking is available across the street at a fee of $20 per night through the town. With high-speed internet (400mbps+), you can stay connected or unwind with your favorite streaming services. A full office is available with dual monitors and a USB-C hub for conference calls (and connecting to the monitors). Other things to note ***IF BRINGING A DOG PLEASE NOTE*** Service animals are allowed. We love pets! Unfortunately, Pets are allowed only if you have an ESA (Emotional Support Animal) letter (HOA rule), or a service animal. If an ESA please send the letter over after booking! If you have any questions on this let me know. This home is at 9,100’ of elevation! Please keep in mind altitude affects everyone differently. Drink plenty of water and bring some basic pain meds if you get a headache during your stay! We do not provide refunds for altitude sickness, etc. We recommend purchasing third party insurance on your stay if you are concerned about this. Please note, this is my personal home, closets are locked during stay/s and there might be some items in the fridge (ie. salad dressing, coffee creamer), these items will be in their own "section", feel free to use them if you'd like!
