Our guesthouse is located in a walking distance from many great restaurants and very accessible for quick shopping needs like a convenient store, grocery store and Daiso. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house can comfortably sleep 10 people and is the perfect retreat for your stay in this vibrant city. Situated just a 3 minute walk from the nearest subway station [Higashi Kuyakusho Mae] sightseeing around the city is a breeze. This house is centrally located, yet stands in a quiet and very safe residential neighborhood. House is kept warm with a heater during winter, and cool with ACs in summer. I’ve designed this home to be your true home away from home. You can contact me at any time during your stay for anything. [Home Amenities] - Hair dryers - Washing machine - Drying rack with hangers - Smart 50" TV (Streaming only. Guest access The guest will have access to the entire house. We also offer reimbursement for parking at a nearby paid parking lot. ***Please DO NOT PARK in our neighbor’s private properties even if the area seems empty and available. The neighbors will report the illegal parking to the police and your vehicle will be towed. *** Other things to note [Parking] Please park in our assigned parking spot only. For large vehicles, we will send you the paid parking lot location. We will reimburse for the overnight parking fees. [4 pm Check-in] Check-in time is 4 pm. [How to Check-in] When your reservation is accepted, we will send you the tourist information form. You must complete this form before your arrival. Maintaining proper records of our guests is required in order for us to maitain our business license. The detailed instructions will be sent to you via email as well as the airbnb message after your reservation is completed. [No shoes in the house] Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. [No Smoking] No smoking is allowed, inside or outside on our balcony. A smoking fine of ¥100,000/incident will be collected for any violation. [Garbage] If the trash bins get full during your stay, please tie the bag and leave them in the garage. Please do not discard them outside of the premises. Extra trash bags are provided in the kitchen. [Quiet Hours] Our quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. Please be considerate of our elderly neighbors. [Turn off ACs] Please turn off the ACs every time you leave the house. [TV feature] Our TV is a tuner-less smart TV and only works with streaming services and chrome-cast. The local channels are not available. [Towels] We provide one set of bath towel and face towel per registered guest. We are not able to provide new towels every day as we are a home stay and not a hotel, and have limited access to the linens for our linen provider.
