A spacious, air-conditioned/heated downstairs room for 1 or 2, with private ensuite, desk and walk in robe, located within walking distance of local shops in Mansfield. Beautifully presented, with a fridge, microwave and toaster in the room. Our fluffy dogs will say hello on arrival, but are kept upstairs out of your way. Sleep in a comfy queen sized bed and enjoy your own beautiful bathroom. You’ll love having shared use of the heated, magnesium mineral pool and sunny pool deck upstairs. The space Please note, no third party bookings as per Airbnb policy. Exclusive use area - studio style bedroom with wall in robe, ensuite and kitchenette. Shared use - laundry, undercover and backyard washing line, pool and pool deck (daytime hours). No access to the rest of the house, as this is our own private home. Our home is a brick high-set home with lovely street appeal. Downstairs, you will feel comfortable and enjoy your own privacy. Guest access Shared use of the pool and pool deck during the day. Other things to note Welcome letter - Wifi PASSWORD - Please scan the QR code on the fridge magnet in your room. Please let us know if you run low on teabags or coffee during your stay. The bottled water and long-life milk in your fridge are complimentary. There is a microwave, toaster and pod coffee machine for your use. The cupboard underneath contains crockery, cutlery, dishwashing bowl and liquid etc. As the fridge does not have a freezer, a drawer of the freezer in our garage has been left empty for your use, with ice located there. Laundry facilities – Washing machine, dryer and washing detergent etc are available for your use. There is a drying line undercover, accessed by the rear laundry door, as well as a Hill’s hoist in the garden. Pegs are located on the laundry bench. Pool – The pool and pool deck are available for daytime use. Please use the acrylic ‘glassware’ provided poolside and do not take glass into the area. There is a poolside umbrella in a bag on the deck (and a holder for it). Feel free to use the inflatable lilo and poolside items. The gate at the top of the stairs is usually closed to keep our two Japanese Spitz dogs upstairs. They will likely greet you loudly as you come up the stairs to use the pool but are very used to visitors and are friendly dogs. Safety – please ensure you lock all doors when coming and going from the house. The front door does not lock automatically and must be key locked. From the inside, simply twist knob to lock. Please use the window lock in your room whilst the window is open, or close completely for yours and our safety. TV - Please enjoy the big screen Tv and connected sound system. You can get free to air channels as well as Netflix and other apps. The soundbar will start automatically when you turn on the TV. Or you can pair your device to the soundbar for music. Nearby – just a 5 minute walk away, you’ll find the Aminya St shops, with Zaza’s Coffee shop, a Foodworks grocery store, bakery, Post office and chemist. This is also where you can catch the direct City (and other) buses. Refer to Translink’s ‘Journey Planner’ online for all timetables. We really hope you enjoy your stay here.
