(See photos for pricing) The space Located in a locality 3 km from the town center of Vouillé, pleasant village with all amenities (bakeries, Saturday morning market, pharmacy, butcher shop, restaurants, supermarket, tobacco/press ...) The accommodation consists of a living room of approximately 25 m² with an open-plan kitchen and a seating area with a wood-burning stove, a single bedroom upstairs with a 140 cm bed (for adults) and two 90 cm beds (for children only), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The layout of the room (attic room) and the space dedicated to the 2 90-cm (35-in) beds allow it to comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. The floor is attic, warm and cocooning but it may not be suitable for tall people. Beds will be made upon arrival, towels and kitchen linen provided. An umbrella bed as well as a baby chair reducer can be made available on request. Private parking in the courtyard of the cottage. The spa is on the terrace, it is not sheltered, it is available all year round, its capacity is from 3 to 4 people and it is reserved for the Gîte. Children using the spa remain the responsibility of the parents. And as a reminder, the use of a hot tub is not recommended for small children. There are no times to use the spa, that said, we ask tenants to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The spa is a relaxing area. The wood burning stove can be used from 1st October until 1st May each year. The wood will be available throughout your stay. Le P'tit gîte Mélone is located 25 minutes away from Futuroscope and Poitiers city center, 40 minutes away from Chauvigny, 50 minutes from the park "La Vallee des Mones" and the Poitevin marshes.
