Although we will not be residing in the house, we will still be present on the property. The house will be exclusively yours. The space We offer accommodations featuring three bedrooms, which include two queen beds and one single bed. The property comprises one bathroom, a kitchen, a laundry area, a dining room, and a lounge room. Additionally, there is an enclosed outdoor space available for your use, as well as a generous driveway for parking your vehicle. Guest access You will be granted access via the front entrance. One day prior to your reservation, we will reach out to you via messages to provide you with the necessary key instructions. Although we will not be present in the house during your stay, we will remain on the property. It is highly improbable that you will encounter us during your visit. However, should you require any assistance, I am more than willing to assist. Other things to note Smoking is prohibited within the home and in the rear area. Only individuals who are registered as guests are allowed on the property; any extra persons found on the premises will be asked to leave. To include additional guests in your reservation, please update the booking or contact us via phone or message. Loud noises are prohibited after 9 PM. We kindly ask that you be considerate of our neighbors. Pets are not permitted. Should you require breakfast or other food provisions, please inform us. Additional charges may apply.
