The space Welcome to "Verde" by Hotelise, a beautifully appointed apartment located in the heart of the vibrant Komitas area. Situated on the 3rd floor of a 5-story building, "Verde" offers a cozy and modern living experience, though it's important to note there is no lift in the building. Living Room: The living room of "Verde" is designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features a new 55-inch HD smart TV with a complimentary Netflix subscription. The space is complemented by a large dining table that comfortably seats 4 people, a cozy sofa, comfy armchairs, and coffee tables, creating an ideal environment for relaxing and socializing. Kitchen: "Verde's" kitchen is fully equipped to cater to all your culinary needs. It includes a microwave, ample storage, and is fully stocked with essentials. The apartment also boasts a washing machine and a gas stove, along with a large fridge and freezer. Bedroom 1: This bedroom is a haven of comfort, featuring a full-size mirror and a cozy bed with a premium mattress. A chest of drawers is provided for your convenience, and the walk-in wardrobe is perfect for long stays or guests with lots of luggage. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom offers a single bed with a comfortable mattress and an AC unit. It has direct access to the balcony and features top-to-bottom windows that flood the room with natural light. The room also includes a wardrobe, offering plenty of storage space. Balcony: "Verde" boasts a charming balcony, providing a quaint space for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing with evening wines. "Verde" by Hotelise is more than just an apartment; it's a space thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay in the delightful Komitas neighborhood. Other things to note 1. There will be an additional 'linen' charge for those who use a sofa-bed and/or travel cot. Guests must request an extra sleeping place before booking. 2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service. 3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies 4. Please note, If you need a FREE early check-in or late checkout, we can only confirm if it is available the same day of your check-in/check-out, as it depends on if there are other reservations back to back with yours. 5.
