The space * Ground floor: Equipped kitchen open to the living room – Bedroom (160 bed) with private bathroom, separate toilet and laundry room. Large covered terrace. * Upstairs: 1 bedroom (140 bed + 60 x 120 child bed) with desk. 1 bedroom (140 bed + 2 90 beds). Bathroom/toilet. Large living room with sofa, workspace, pool table, children's area with board games, books etc... The chalet is equipped with closets in each bedroom and in the 2 halls. Designed for 8 adults/teens/children (190 cm beds), 1 baby (baby bed) and 1 child < 5 years old (120 cm bed). Guest access Guests can enjoy the 150 m² at their disposal and the (unfenced) space around the cottage. Possibility to park several cars. Other things to note We are 2 minutes from the Grand Parc d'Andilly (with Santa's house), 7 minutes from the Espace des Dronières (children's games, picnic area, swimming pool, lake, fishing, tennis, health park, animal park – deer, skate park, adventure park, mountain biking) and 10 minutes from the Vitam water park in Neydens Bike or walking tours are accessible in the Salève massif and surrounding mountains.
