The house has two terraces, one at the back, facing south and one covered on the side, ideal for hot or rainy days. The garden goes around the house but is not fenced. There is a large rustic kitchen with modern amenities and a comfortable living room. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine. The house is located in the middle of nature, so bats, insects and birds sometimes get it wrong and come to say hello. **We wanted to let you know that our region, although very green and flourishing, has suffered a severe drought for two years that commits each of us to consider water as a precious and rare resource in its use. In addition, our house, which enjoys a quiet location far from the village, is not connected to the municipal water network and depends, for its supply, on a source that has suffered in recent months and whose the flow is lower than usual. This situation results in lower water pressure in the house. is of course quite possible to shower and do routine tasks requiring water. Guest access You will have the entire place and garden to yourselves, we only ask you to respect the neighbors and limit noise after 10 p.m. Other things to note Warning! The house is accessible by a track of about 200 m that passes through the property of the neighbor and is not in very good condition.
