This location speaks for itself – gaze out of the picture window at the infinite number of pine trees surrounding your CABN and then immerse yourself in nature with some forest bathing, it’s easier than you think! Known in Japan as shinrin yoku, the simple method of being calm and quiet amongst trees, observing the nature around you while breathing deeply helps destress and boost health and wellbeing in a natural way.
