NO PETS ALLOWED! If you crave for the peacefulness of being in the Arkansas Countryside, you have found your destination! This beautiful peaceful country house has twenty acres. Turn the kids loose and listen to their laughs as they run, roll, swim, and play. The inground pool is a beautiful way to relax and escape the summer heat. Come feel what it’s like to truly relax! We are less than two miles from DeQueen Lake! Please be aware, the pool is closed from October-May. The space The home has been fully remodeled. We are 45 minutes to Hochatown and less then two miles from the Boat launching area and swimming area of DeQueen Lake. Enjoy the evenings swimming, relaxing, or just looking at the stars and listening to nature. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. Absolutely NO PETS inside or outside are allowed !! NO PARTIES are ever allowed!!!! There will only be 8 persons allowed to stay on the property and they must all be registered guests and yes the 8 persons include children. You cannot have people over as visitors while you are there. If they aren’t our registered guests they will NOT be permitted on the property period. If any of these property rules are broken at anytime you and all your guests will be asked to leave without refund!! Guest access NO PETS ALLOWED! Other things to note NO PETS ALLOWED!
