There is a huge, fenced front and backyard where you can enjoy being outside after returning home from a great day of exploring Music City. If you aren't comfortable with that -- this is not the right fit for you. Other things to note Smoking: I'd prefer no smoking at all as it easily seeps into the house. But smoking is allowed ONLY outside. Absolutely no smoking in the home. "Party Policy" / Noise: Please, no parties at this home. I ask that you be respectful of my neighbors and the wonderful relationships I have with them. You are more than welcome to host friends for a quiet gathering in the home but absolutely no partying or large, loud gatherings. Parking: Behind the house through the alley there is a parking pad big enough for two cars. There is also ample free street parking available right out front of the house. Neighbors: The community is very close-knit and most of my neighbors have lived here for years. They often gather in the street to talk, greet each other, and socialize. This part of town is still developing so the neighborhood is very diverse socio-economically. There are brand new builds around the corner and some homes that have been here for decades! If that dynamic is not comfortable for you, this is not the neighborhood for you.
