The space The 80-square-meter apartment occupies the entire lower floor of a villa consisting of two residential units, located on a sunny slope above Trieste. The spacious, bright living room, with its large adjoining kitchen, opens onto a 100-square-meter terrace that stretches along the entire apartment, offering a magnificent view of the city and the sea. The bedroom, equipped with a large built-in wardrobe, as well as the bathroom, also allow you to admire the greenery of the oak forest. Below and away from the house, there are 4 beehives that the landlords would be happy to show you if you’re interested. The apartment is furnished with high-quality and modern amenities. The kitchen features an espresso machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator/freezer, an oven, and an induction cooktop with an integrated hood. You also have access to Wi-Fi and a workspace with a computer (LAN connection via fiber optics). The bathroom includes a washing machine. Both the bedroom and the living area are air-conditioned. You can safely park your car and bicycles on the property. Electric cars can be charged at the charging station (10kW). Guest access Through an automatic gate, you arrive at the building’s parking lot. A short path and a staircase lead you to the lower floor, which you have entirely to yourself: the spacious terrace as well as the modern, bright apartment. Other things to note Tourist-Tax: For bookings the "tourist tax" is already included. This amounts to 1,50 € per person and night. A maximum of 5 nights is payable. We pay this amount to the Comune of Trieste. Hygiene: Sheets, duvet covers and towels are washed at 90 degrees. Security: The parking area and access to your apartment are under video surveillance. The area is safe. The property is separated from the street by a 2-meter-high wall and an electric sliding gate. Electric vehicle charging: A 10kW charging station is available in the parking area.
