The Porta Nuova train station and the Metro can be easily reached on foot and, in case of bad weather, you can walk under the porches. Cozy pastry shops, historic bars and traditional and starred restaurants, as well as shops and supermarkets of all prices are just outside the house. The space The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building, equipped with an elevator. It overlooks Via Lagrange, in the stretch between Via Giolitti and Via Maria Vittoria. It consists of an entrance hall, living room, equipped kitchen, large bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with large shower, laundry room and storage room. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, oven, microwave, hairdryer, and iron. Currently, due to energy requalification, the entrance courtyard of honor is being renovated.
