Our architectural features fit perfectly into a timeless landscape, with 4 double bedrooms, a contemporary kitchen, spacious balconies, shaded pergolas and soft seating areas designed for long Cycladic Summer days. Designed in a modern Cycladic style and entirely brand new, Villa Anat opened in Spring 2024. The space Villa Anat 'Above' epitomises modern comfort and is ideal for group or family vacations, conveniently located just 10 minutes’ walk from the shore or 10 minutes’ drive from the favourite tourist destination of Naousa. Guests can expect a fabulous location, an exceptionally high standard of interior design and amenities, an infinity pool and wonderful views over neighbouring landscape and out to the Aegean Sea. Villa Anat 'Above' has 4 double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and spacious balconies. The 4th bedroom is a more cosy and compact room, but still with a private bathroom. It has its own, separate entrance on the top floor, making it perfect for teenagers or anyone wanting extra privacy. All bedrooms have access to spacious balconies, 3 of them facing the sea, each has a TV in addition to the family TV in the living room. Our modern, open plan kitchen is fully equipped with top-brand appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and a Nespresso Original coffee machine and the dining area table comfortably accommodates 8 guests. Relax by the infinity pool, swim and enjoy the views. The pool area features pergolas with two tanning beds and 10 chairs. We provide pool towels for your convenience. We encourage long stays, and provide a washer and dryer. We also provide a hair-dryer, iron and other amenities. For security, the villa is equipped with an electric gate and a security camera. Villa Anat is a complex of twin, but completely separate, ‘mirror image’ villas. This listing is for the Upper villa only. Each house, while entirely separate, is within visual distance to the other.
