The space La Casita is fully equipped for a stay that allows for all kinds of activities, from visiting restaurants serving the best dishes from Castilla y León to spending an evening at home cooking your favorite meals. Induction stovetop with 4 burners and an oven, with all the conveniences of a fully equipped, new kitchen. The maximum number of people that can stay is 4, but keep in mind that the small room has a trundle bed. It’s very convenient because it has wheels and unfolds easily, but it’s also true that it takes up almost the entire room when it’s open, forcing you to move the desk and chair in the room out into the living room. The structure of the wall that delimits La Casita is finished with all its operational doors and the enclosure is closed for pets although we are still carrying out the lining and painting work of the wall. INTIMACY. Referent to the privacy and exact location of the Garden area. The Casita is located on a 2,500-m² (6.18-acre) plot that includes two houses. Each home has its own private garden area, and there is a shared parking area. The distance between the properties is more than 50 meters. Other things to note The pellet stove is fantastic, it is sized for 100 m2 and La Casita barely half of the surface. It provides an immediate heat flow ideal to feel at home in the coldest months of the year. In addition, there is an additional radiator in the main room as a complement.
