As a tropical island, Bali already has its own inhabitants such as bird, insect, etc. Some tiny creatures may inevitably visit us from time to time. We humbly ask your understanding. We ask for your understanding and toleration of a delay response after 10 PM. After 10 PM there will be security that standby all night, but other staff might not be as fast response as the daytime. All our staff will happily help you with anything you need. Our staff can assist you with many other services such as taking care of all of your trips while you’re in Bali, arranging a day tour, attraction arrangement (rafting, diving, hiking, etc.), renting a motorbike, arranging a car renting including the driver, and other services. You can fully enjoy Bali with us! Other things to note Standard Check-in : 14.00 WITA (UTC+8) Standard Check-out : 12.00 WITA (UTC+8) We’re 35 minutes away from the Ngurah Rai International Airport, we can assist you to provide pick up service from Airport with cost IDR 300K (around USD 20) per car with maximum capacity of 5 people and luggages. Our driver will be waiting for you at the Airport arrival hall by holding a signage of your name. We also can arrange transportation service for you in Bali with a reasonable price. For the safety and well-being of all guests, we kindly request that children be always under direct supervision of their parents or guardian during stay at our villa. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a pleasant and secure atmosphere for everyone. Aurora Wonderland is a non-smoking property, but we do allow the guest to smoking in outdoor area.
