The annex of Villa Mia is located on the ground floor, next to the kitchen of the main villa (which cannot be accessed, separated by a locked door). It is a bedroom (with a French bed) and a private bathroom, which will be exclusively available to guests (who will not have access to the main house). The guests of the annex will access from the main pedestrian gate, and will have access to the garden to be able to access the double bedroom with bathroom (sink, shower and toilet).
