The space You have the entire upstairs condo, with use of all the amenities. Including, boat parking, clubhouse, picnic area, volleyball court, heated pool and jacuzzi. Bedroom has a queen size bed, attached bath, and smart tv. Living room is complete with a couch, fireplace, and big screen tv. The queen sized Murphy bed is in the dining room cabinet (Internet provided). Enjoy a full kitchen including a dining table. This unit is complete with its own laundry plus closets for storing luggage. Park your vehicle in space 226 and there is additional guest parking. Guest access Upstairs unit, with a patio, full access to pool, jacuzzi, and tennis courts. There is also a BBQ grilling station downstairs. Other things to note Boat/ trailer parking is located directly to the left upon entering complex available on a 1st come 1st serve basis. 1 rig per unit. Personal vehicle park in space 226.
