A bright duplex apartment with private access. You will stay in your own 1.5 room apartment (35 m²) with private entrance and staircase on the 2nd and 3rd floors of our detached house. Kitchen with everything you need. BONUS: In the fridge, a small breakfast for the first morning after arrival. Massage chair to relax. You can access the upper area via a small spiral staircase in the apartment. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a cozy double bed as well as a shower room. 3rd person on request! The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a quietly located private 2-family house with a garden. Cars can be parked conveniently and free of charge directly in front of the property. Bicycles can be parked under cover on the property. Guest access You will of course have the apartment all to yourself. Own access through staircase. When moving into the apartment, not only is it cleaned, but everything relevant is also disinfected. Other things to note X - Important; The 2 living levels of the apartment are connected by a spiral staircase. Unfortunately, this is not suitable for infants and pets. I ask for your attention. This spiral staircase requires some 'athleticism.' Please consider before booking whether you feel able to use such a staircase. X - Please keep in mind that in Berlin for short-term overnight stays the statutory city tax (Berlin bed/overnight tax) of 7.5% of the net overnight price is due.
