It is equipped with AC, fan, wardrobe, extra mattress and workstation.  It also offers a balcony with seating arrangements and a table. This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 3 This bedroom on first floor comes with a view of the lawn. BATHROOMS There are 6 ensuite and 2 common bathrooms - 1 on the ground floor and lower ground floor respectively. Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' comfort. LIVING ROOM This spacious living room on the ground floor is furnished with ceiling lights, fan, TV, AC and WiFi. There are sofas and sofa chairs catering to seating arrangements for up to 10 people. This area opens up to the alluring surroundings of the property. DINING ROOM This dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and living room on the ground floor. The dining room offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people respectively. They are equipped with an AC and fan. THEATRE/DISCO ROOM This room on the lower ground floor is equipped with disco lights, A 65" TV, a Bluetooth music system and seating arrangements. Enhancing the screening experience, this room features a home theater system and an automated responsive rotating disco light with lasers. GAME ROOM This space on the lower ground floor caters to indoor games with pool, carrom and poker table. It is equipped with seating arrangements for around 8-10 people  The room comes with a view of the pool.  POOL There is a private pool, 45x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth and is accessible till 10 PM. There is a washroom beside the pool for the showers before and after a nice swim. LAWN There is a 5000 sq. ft lawn where guests can carry out their workout routine or play some outdoor games. This lawn is perfect for personal workout sessions and fun picnic with your loved ones. TERRACE The expansive terrace offers a scenic 180-degree view of the surroundings. Guests can sip on their favourite beverage and indulge in some quality time in this area as they enjoy the scenery. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. - It is equipped with a microwave, toaster, grill sandwich maker, electric water heater and hand blender.  - Crockery and cutlery are available. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - A barbecue meal can be arranged at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. yes - A butler can be arranged at the villa. - A driver can be accommodated at the staff quarters at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per person, per day.
