Other things to note Please note that a rental agreement is required for the stay. This is a typical rental agreement dated for the duration of the stay so that the building can provide you full access to all points of entry. This building does not allow short term rental stays hence the minimum required stay is 31 days, the building reduces the amount of traffic in and out of the condo. The rental agreement basically says the duration of the stay, no hazardous materials are allowed, you are not allowed to sell the property, appliances are provided, inspection dates and so forth.
