To comply with building policies, please send valid IDs of all guests to the provided message box of the platform before the check-in date. This will allow us to process the building entry permits in advance, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. - Please be aware that our building does not have a luggage room or storage area for guests to store their luggage before check-in. - If you arrive early, please make arrangements with me in advance to coordinate early check-in or luggage storage. - Check-in is at 2 PM, and I'll do my best to accommodate early arrivals. However, please don't leave your luggage unattended in the lobby or common areas. Early Check-in/Late Check-out Please note that early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply, depending on the timing and circumstances of your request. Kindly discuss your needs with us in advance so we can accommodate you accordingly. House Rules: *No Smoking*: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, balconies, and all common areas of the building. *Noise Curfew*: Please be considerate of other guests and residents. Noise should be kept to a minimum in the hallways and common areas between 8 PM and 6 AM. No pets allowed. Swimming Pool Rules: 1. *Free for Registered Guests only*: The swimming pool is complimentary for registered guests of our property. 2. *Registered Guests Only*: The pool is exclusively for the use of registered guests. Visitors or non-registered individuals are not allowed to use the pool under any circumstances. 3. *No Guest Visitors*: Guests of our registered guests are not permitted inside the unit or use the pool, even with accompaniment. Pool Maintenance Notice Please note that our swimming pool may be closed for maintenance at certain times even without prior notice. Before booking, please ask us if the pool is available during your stay. If it's not available, we apologize in advance. We prioritize guest safety, and access to the pool will not be permitted during maintenance. Parking Information Please note that parking is not included in the booking fee. If you require parking, kindly let us know in advance so we can arrange for a parking spot for you. Additional fee of ₱500 per night applies, (first come - first serve basis and subject to availability) *In Case of Emergency:* Please notify the Front Desk in the event of a fire or other emergencies.
