Appliances include an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge and TV with DVD player. The bedrooms include a double and two twins, serviced by a shower room. To the outside is a decking with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Please note, there is no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Travel cot, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent. Shared outbuilding with communal facilities including a payphone, external shower rooms, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, books, games, DVDs, and tourist information.
