The unit has gorgeous sea and lagoon views from it’s balcony and main bedroom, and the Ramsgate main beach is only about 500m away. The leather lounge suite seats 6 people and there is additional seating off the lounge on the enclosed balcony area. The TV is fitted with DSTV with a premium package, and there is a dining table just off the lounge which also seats 6. A gas braai, as well as a gas “skottel” braai and a Weber braai is provided for your convenience. The modern kitchen is fitted with granite counter tops, large fridge/freezer, wine cooler/fridge, microwave, kettle, stove, etc, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The main bedroom is fitted with a king sized bed and is air-conditioned and boasts beautiful sea and lagoon views. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and a portable air conditioner, and the third with two single beds and a ceiling fan. These bedrooms share two bathrooms, with a separate guest toilet. The first bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet, and the second has a shower. The fourth bedroom, off the front door, is fitted with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, basin and shower. There are about 10 steps to get to this apartment from the parking area, and there is one parking bay allocated to this unit, with additional off street parking just outside the complex. All shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity and Ramsgate Main beach is a short walk away. All linen and bath towels are provided, just bring your own beach towels.
