The apartment: Living room: You will find 2 sofas, a wall mounted smart TV. A large window with access to a small interior terrace where you can get fresh air and relax. Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools to cook a complete meal, large refrigerator, stove with oven and a comfortable bar. Laundry center: Located right next to the kitchen area, you will have a private washing machine and dryer. Half bathroom: Located at the entrance of the apartment, perfect for visitors. Bedroom: 1 king size bed, large closet and a full bathroom in-suite. Guest access Enjoy the entire apartment during your stay, access to the condominium pool as well as parking in front of the building. Other things to note Other notable aspects: - Moderate use of electricity is included in short stays. - Daily cleaning is not included, a mid-stay cleaning is included for 28-night stays. Additional cleaning services are available for an extra fee. - We supply with basic bathroom items and cleaning supplies to get you started. Beach and bath towels are provided with each stay for each guest. - A baby crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to availability (items may have an additional charge). We offer promotional rates for long stays of 28 nights or more. These rates DO NOT include electricity and the guest is responsible for paying for consumption on departure, we do a meter reading on each arrival and departure and share the information directly with the guest.
