The house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms: - Bedroom 1: King bed, A/C unit and private bathroom. - Bedroom 2: King bed and A/C unit. - Bedroom 3: Queen bed, bunk bed and A/C unit. - Living room: Full sofa bed with A/C and ceiling fan. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi (100 megabytes), laundry area (Washer and dryer), smart TVs, relaxing PRIVATE HEATED POOL (31 to 33 Celcius / 87 to 92 fahrenheit), BBQ area and green areas around the house, the property is totally gated with electric gate. ***Maximum people staying in the house is 10, however the base rate per night is for 8 people, each additional person will have an extra cost of US$25 per person per night so please add the total of people staying to get the correct amount to pay.
