Spacious and cosy mountain house in the centre of Mezzana, a small village surrounded by mountain scenery. 10 minutes from the Marivella 900 ski lifts, with a ski bus 3 minutes' walk from the house. On snowy days you can drive your car into the garage, which is connected to the living area of the house. After a day on the slopes, the tiled stove and wooden details will warm the coldest evenings. Ideal for families or groups, divided into 2 floors. The space A warm mountain house with a homely atmosphere. Typical details in wood and stone, ample space and comfort for a relaxing stay. The house is divided into two floors, both of which touch part of the ground floor of the exterior, being on a slope. The upper floor (floor 1) consists of a double room and a triple room with a single bunk bed and a double sofa bed, sleeping a total of five people. There is also a kitchen with dining area, a living room and two bathrooms for the rooms. The living room houses an original olla stove, which heats the entire living area on the first floor, maintaining the warmth throughout the day. Going downstairs (ground floor) we find a double bedroom and a single bed in the living area, connected to the dining area and kitchen. A full bathroom is available on the ground floor. The ground floor living area connects to the enclosed courtyard with mountain views. Further down is the private garage of the house, which overlooks the pizzetta of the Mezzana church. Guest access The structure is on three levels and is composed as follows: GROUND FLOOR • Main entrance on the upper floor; • Living room 1 with olla stove and TV; • Dining room 1; • Kitchen 1; • Double bedroom 1 with private balcony; • Triple room with bunk bed and double sofa bed; • 2 complete bathrooms (one with shower cubicle and one with bathtub). FIRST FLOOR • Second entrance from the street level; • Living room 2 with single bed; • Dining room 2; • Kitchen 2; • Fully enclosed private courtyard; • Double bedroom; • Full bathroom; • Laundry room. SECOND FLOOR • Third entrance from church square onto attached garage; • Large garage (capacity for 1/2 cars). Other things to note • We provide clean bedding, bath towels, and kitchen linens for each guest. • The house has one parking space in the garage (NO station wagons) and additional parking spots in the public square in front of the main entrance. • Entry to the property is self-managed through self check-in. • Please note that the tourist tax (amounting to €1 per person) is calculated during the booking process and will be paid to the Municipality of Mezzana. • To access the property, it will be necessary to provide identification documents for each guest.
