Other things to note - Key Collection: • The key collection is in a different location, 200 meters away from the building. • The keys must be collected from the check in time (3:00 PM) until 12:00 AM (Mid-night). Special time restrictions: 28 to 30/December: 11:00 - 01:00 31/December: 11:00 - 17:00 Closed on New Years Day 02 to 03/January: 11:00 - 01:00 ----- Important:------ Late check in can be arranged for an extra fee and 72 hours before the check in date. - Car Park: A car stacker is available for guests staying 2 weeks or more. Access requires a mandatory induction with Building Management (Mon–Fri, 10 AM–4 PM, excluding weekends/public holidays). Induction Details: • Must be booked 3 business days in advance • One-time fee: $214.50 (paid onsite by card) • Bring photo ID and be ready to sign the induction form - Your host: As your dedicated hosts, we're committed to ensuring your stay is seamless and enjoyable. We're always just a message away, ready to assist with recommendations, answer questions, or address concerns. - We provide basic supplies to enhance your comfort and help you have a more enjoyable stay. These provisions include shampoo, body wash, conditioner, toilet paper, salt, and pepper, among a few other things. Please be aware that although these goods are offered to save you from making a last-minute trip to the grocery store, they are not meant to last the full period of long-term bookings.
