Nestled in the heart of Olde Town Augusta, The Southern Pearl presents a charming one-bedroom, one-bath second-level private apartment that seamlessly blends historic elegance with modern comfort. There is a full kitchen, small dining, living room, bedroom with a desk and washer/dryer, and a bathroom. There are 4 furnished apartments in the building each with their own designated off-street parking spot. There is plenty of security and technology features for the guest(s) convenience. The space We are happy to host our longer term stay guests, but also can accommodate our shorter term stay guests as well. We are happy to provide many technology and smart products for your convenience. Furry friends are accepted on a case by case basis. **You'll love all the security features in this home. You will have your very own Ring Doorbell (guest access), Security Alarm/System and monitoring (guest access), and multiple exterior cameras. This property is well lit in the evening and there is dedicated parking. Your very own washer and dryer are in your unit. The units are professionally designed but, the service from your landlord is what sets us apart from the rest! We are committed to providing outstanding service so that you feel like you truly are in a home away from home. Notably, you'll find subtle tributes to the illustrious Masters Tournament, adding a touch of golfing history to your stay. --This unit, one of four comfortable units in the building, is ideally suited for two guests, with the added convenience of accommodating up to four thanks to a comfortable pull-out sofa bed. --Highlights of living space: The living room beckons with a sumptuously comfortable sofa bed, decorative fireplace, flanked by two inviting club swivel chairs. A 55-inch Smart TV awaits, offering free access to Netflix and Wi-Fi. The adjacent bar area sets the scene for evening cocktails and casual dining, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. --Exercise/Yoga: For those seeking to maintain their fitness routine during their stay at The Southern Pearl, we have thoughtfully created a small workout area within the living room. This dedicated space is designed to cater to your exercise needs and ensure you can stay active and healthy while away from home. We also provide weights and resistance bands. --Kitchen: In the well-appointed kitchen, you'll discover new appliances and a convenient coffee bar, along with a generous supply of essentials for crafting delicious meals. We provide all you need from kitchen towels, pots and pans, utensils, etc. Please, inquire about our ability to stock your kitchen with your favorites before arrival. (when available) --Dining: The dining area at The Southern Pearl is a delightful nook designed for comfort and convenience. Nestled in a cozy corner of the living area, it offers a unique and inviting dining experience. The centerpiece of this charming space is the stylish bench-style seating, thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate 2 to 4 people, making it perfect for an intimate meal or a casual gathering. It's also designed to double as a second workstation, catering to the needs of our guests who may be working remotely or simply seeking a comfortable space to get things done. --Bedroom: The spacious bedroom with decorative fireplace serves as a peaceful haven, furnished with a plush queen-size bed, thoughtfully positioned nightstands, and bedside lamps. Complete with ceiling fan, blackout curtains, plush robes, a soothing sound machine, eye covers, and charging stations. it provides all the ingredients for rejuvenating slumber. Within the bedroom's closet, you'll discover a treasure trove of amenities aimed at enhancing your stay. First and foremost, there are extra linens, ensuring you always have fresh sheets and bedding at your fingertips. A luggage rack awaits, providing a handy way to keep your suitcase organized and easily accessible throughout your stay. With plenty of hangers provided, you can keep your wardrobe organized and wrinkle-free, just like at home. For your convenience, we've included a hamper, making it effortless to separate your dirty laundry from the clean. The closet door also has a full length mirror to optimize getting ready for your day. A dedicated remote workstation beckons for work or study, featuring a desk, chair, charging stations, and complimentary Wi-Fi. (the picture of the desk is not listed yet because it is new addition. You'll find ample room for towels and convenient storage for toilet paper, ensuring that everything you need is always within reach. We understand the importance of a well-stocked bathroom, so we provide all the necessary starters to kickstart your stay, including toiletries and fresh towels. Additionally, we supply cleaning essentials to keep the bathroom pristine throughout your visit, allowing you to focus on relaxation and enjoying your time in Augusta. --Laundry: For added convenience, a laundry closet with a stacked washer stacked washer and dryer tucked away in it's own dedicated closet in the bedroom. But that's not all – we've gone a step further to ensure you have everything you need to start your laundry journey. The laundry supplies provided include detergent, fabric softener, and stain removers. You won't have to worry about making an extra trip to the store to get started; we've got your laundry essentials covered from the get-go. --Amenities: We've meticulously prepared the unit to ensure your stay is as comfortable as it is enjoyable. Along with high-quality linens and towels, we provide plush robes, a sound machine, mirrors, eye covers, and blackout curtains. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for culinary endeavors, while laundry and bathroom supplies are thoughtfully provided to kickstart your stay. --Pet-Friendly Haven: At The Southern Pearl, we understand that pets are family, and they're more than welcome in this unit. For long term stays over 30 days, the non-refundable pet fee is $300. Please note that a pet fee also applies to ensure we maintain the utmost cleanliness and comfort for all guests. We go the extra mile to make your pet's stay as comfortable as yours, providing a multitude of supplies for cleaning and care. These include dedicated pet towels, doggie bags, and cleaning supplies, ensuring that your pet enjoys their stay as much as you do. We kindly ask that you utilize the provided furniture covers and create a safe space for your pets when they're left alone during the day. Our goal is to ensure your pets are as comfortable and happy as you are during your stay. ----Modern Comfort with Smart Technology-- The Southern Pearl seamlessly blends modern comforts with the latest in smart technology to ensure a convenient and secure stay. You can enjoy your favorite shows on a smart TV with Netflix, stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, and feel safe with a comprehensive Security System that covers all doors and windows for your use during your stay. We've added Ring doorbells, exterior cameras, and floodlights all around the property to enhance your safety. Digital locks offer both security and convenience, and for added peace of mind, we've installed Nest Thermostats and Nest smoke detectors/CO monitors. --Remote Work Convenience-- Whether you're a professional or a student, our dedicated remote workstation provides an ideal space for productivity. It's equipped with a well-appointed desk, surge protectors/power strips, and convenient charging stations near the desk and beds. Stay connected and efficiently complete your tasks during your stay. --Parking: make use of free street parking in the front and a dedicated spot at the well-lit back of the property, ensuring both convenience and peace of mind for your vehicles. --Outdoor Serenity-- Start your day with a delightful breakfast on our front porch bistro tables, soaking in the warm Georgia sunshine. Charleston shades are also available for added privacy during your outdoor moments. --Walkable or short drive to Downtown-- The Southern Pearl's location is ideal for exploring the local culture. You'll find it nestled near restaurants, bars, and the scenic riverfront. Downtown is very close, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in Augusta's rich cultural offerings. The Southern Pearl provides the perfect launching pad for your stay. You'll find parks, grocery stores, gyms, and gas stations not too far away, making everyday convenience effortless. For those with specific needs, several hospitals and colleges are nearby, ensuring medical care and educational pursuits are within reach. Additionally, a cybersecurity center in the vicinity caters to professionals and enthusiasts in the field. Plus, with the airport just a short 15-20 minute trip away, your travel experience is as seamless as it gets. --House Rules: To maintain a serene environment, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties or smoking or vaping within the unit. Please, follow pet rules and protect the furniture and interior of the home. Guest access Your comfort and convenience are paramount at Boho Bella. You will have access to the entire unit, providing you with a private and welcoming space to call your own during your stay. The front very lit entrance features a shared foyer with one other unit. There is also a large front shared porch for guests to enjoy. There are Ring doorbells for each guests private use and digital locks on every door for your convenience. Other things to note --Supplies--Having an abundance of cleaning supplies on hand to start and ensure that you can easily maintain a clean and organized kitchen at Boho Bella. It's just one more way we strive to make your experience as comfortable and hassle-free as possible. We also provide vacuum, broom and dustpan. -Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am. No parties are allowed or unauthorized guests. --Smoking: No smoking or vaping within the unit. Penalties for smoking or vaping. --Pets: Please, follow pet rules and protect the furniture and interior of the home. Make sure your pet is in a safe space when you are not home. No unauthorized pets. For long term stays we require a $200 pet deposit per pet. Maximum 2 pets per stay. Restrictions may apply. --Long term stays over 30 days: We require a quick rental agreement and require monthly cleanings at no charge. --Luggage: We may be able to store luggage early depending on the day. Please inquire first. --Early arrivals and late checkouts: These may be accommodated depending on availability. Please, inquire first. -we do charge a pet fee of $75 for anything 2 week stay or less. $100 for anything above a 2 week stay to 1 month. Anything 30 days or more is $130
