Newly constructed 2-bedroom cabin with additional queen pull-out sofa bed off Trinity River between Riverside and Trinity, TX at River Rat Resort. Easy drive up from the hustle and bustle of Houston area. Pond for fishing and new boat ramp for boating on the Trinity River and Lake Livingston. Lake Livingston is a short boat ride down Trinity River. Plenty of parking for two vehicles and boat trailer. Pet friendly with approval/fee The space This cabin is fully furnished with queen beds in both bedrooms and a queen pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Enough room to sleep 6 people. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking along with toaster, tableware drinkware, coffee mugs, and wine glasses. A Keurig coffee pot is also supplied so don't forget your favorite k cups! The bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The back porch, kitchen and bedroom widows offer a view of the Trinity River of Lake Livingston and a 2-acre pond. We offer fiber optic high-speed internet for work or streaming and Dish cable TV. Guest access Guests will have full access to entire cabin and access to all that River Rat Resort has to offer. There is a pond for fishing or kayaking. A boat ramp is available in the park. Once you launch your boat, you can have a day of fun on the Trinity River, or with a short boat ride you can be in Lake Livingston. Both are great for fishing, water sports or casual boating. The locals love to swim, ski, and look for goats on Goat Island in Lake Livingston. Other things to note Instant book is off due to potential booking conflicts from other booking sites.
