River family terrace house with friendly cat

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Our bright and comfy home is right by the river and the perfect place to explore Cambridge from! We are experienced home swappers, check out reviews of our property on home exchange website, property 2375916 The space Our home is a Victorian semi detached terrace, with very high ceilings! It is spacious and light filled. We have a kitchen diner, double sitting room/ lounge with a double sofa bed (pocket sprung mattress). We have a multi fuel burner stove for cosy. Nights in. We have a downstairs toilet and side access to the garden for bikes. Upstairs we have an office and 3 bedrooms, master suite in the loft with a super king bed and en-suite shower and toilet. The two bedrooms on first floor have single beds, but the front bedroom has a double foam sofa bed also that can be used. Outside we have a long 50ft garden with 2 eating areas and a trampoline for the kids. We have lighting for summer nights and a fire pit you’re welcome to use. We have a super friendly wonderful cat who will need feeding during your stay- not suitable for anyone with cat allergy or aversion. Guest access Office room maybe unavailable. Other things to note There is free parking on a nearby street or pay and display.
