The apartment is located on the ground floor in a private court of a traditional "ringhiera house", next to Navigli Area. It's inside a typical "milanese courtyard" and from 1940 to 1970 the apartment has been a "blacksmith shop" and a "baker shop" inside the court for residents; in 1980 it became a real house. It's nice to be here because you are close to "Navigli heart" but not really inside with noise and parties under the house and you can breathe the story of Milan. The space When you enter you can find a living room with a soft sofa and tv, behind sofa there are the wooden kitchen, a table and my plants. Using staircase, at the first floor, there are one bedroom with two windows and one bathroom. Guest access At the 2nd floor of the condo, where the apartment is located, we have a common terrace; it's a big terrace on the roof which is shared with all the residents and guests. There is a nice table where you can have a break, chat with friends or have a dinner. Sometimes you'll find some residents hanging their laundry on the threads.
