Quiet hours are 10pm–7am. • No parties, events, or large gatherings. • Only guests listed in the booking may stay overnight. • This is a non-smoking property. • Pets are welcome by prior approval only and subject to the Pet Policy. • Smart air-conditioning is pre-set for energy efficiency. Do not tamper with remotes. Requests for lower temperature settings may incur additional electricity charges. • Damage, excessive cleaning, or rule breaches may result in additional charges or termination of stay. PET POLICY • Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. A pet fee applies per pet per stay. For stays longer than 10 nights, the pet fee may be calculated based on the length of the booking. • Pets must be supervised at all times and not left unattended for long periods. • Pets are not permitted on furniture, carpets, or bedding. • Guests must clean up after pets immediately. • Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets will be charged in accordance with Airbnb policies. • Breaches may result in termination without refund.
