You won’t forget your time in this memorable place. A horsebox that's a bit different. A quirky conversion full of luxury and a Hot Tub. On an equestrian yard with amazing views to The Mourne Mountains, the owners have considered carefully the needs of guests who desire a peaceful place to get away from it all but still close to local amenities. The Horsebox has been converted with natural and upcycled materials giving a very unique ambience. Relax at The Horsebox. Enjoy the quirky Hot Tub. The space The Horsebox has been converted with consideration given to what guests may require in this busy world. The Hot Tub is an optional extra for our guests. Experience a unique stay in the heart of the Co Down countryside but yet close to local amenities and tourist attractions. We welcome dogs too! The Horsebox is situated in a private location within our 10 acre smallholding, The Stable Yard. Here you can enjoy the peace and tranquility, the amazing views, the vast night skies and the local wildlife passing your door with our own horses grazing in the adjoining paddocks. Yet it is only 30 minutes from Belfast and less that 10 minutes from St Patrick's country and Downpatrick. Enjoy South deck for basking in the sunshine and West deck for amazing sunsets. Both accessed from the Horsebox. The repurposed Field Drinker Hot Tub, outdoor shower and kitchen are located alongside The Horsebox giving you a very unique experience in a very private space.
