Beautiful family house of 150 m², very bright. up to 15 people / 18-20 beds: - 5 independent bedrooms (each with 2 beds of 80, twin beds in 4 of the bedrooms) - a mezzanine (folding bed 140) - dormitory in the attic, 6 beds, ideal for children! - sofa bed in the living room The space ATTENTION: sheets and towels not provided, but there is the possibility of renting them by using an outdoor company, linen & co, located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, and which can also deliver on site. 🏡 Beautiful family house of 150 sqm very bright. 🏖️ Normandy landing beaches. 📍 In Bernières sur mer, border of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and a stone's throw from the Roman cape (nature reserve with its seals!). 🛏️ scheduled for up to 18/20 beds: ◾ 5 independent bedrooms (2 beds 80cm in each room, twinned in 4 of them): 10 beds ◾ 1 mezzanine (double folding bed)/6th bedroom: sleeps 2 ◾ 1 sofa bed in the living room: 2 beds ◾ 1 dorm in the attic (6 single beds) Other rooms in the house: ◾ A large cathedral lounge with wood burning stove, overlooking the dining room and open kitchen. ◾ Equipped kitchen: large fridge, freezer, electric oven, microwave, induction hob, new Miele dishwasher, flat equipment, plates, glasses and cutlery, cooker, pressure cooker, bowls, small appliances... for large tables! ◾ 🛁 3 bathrooms (2 showers and a bathtub) and 3 toilets including 2 independent. A new Miele 8kg washing machine. ◾ Wifi included (fiber optic). ◾ 🖥️ A desk / remote working area with a large screen to connect your computer. ◾ 🎹 For musicians: There is a piano in the living room, tuned. TV/children's living ◾ 📺 room in mezzanine, convertible into a sixth bedroom (indicated above) with a blackout curtain. ◾ 🌳 Small garden not overlooked, facing south, with its barbecue and outdoor table. Outdoor shower with hot water! ◾ 🚘 Parking: up to 2 cars in a row in the garden, and very easy and free in the immediate vicinity of the house What's nearby: Juno ◾ 🏖️ Beach (Landing Beach) is only 70 meters away. 25 minutes from Caen and the memorial, 35 minutes from Bayeux (tapestry), sail float 10 minutes away... 200 ◾ 🛒🍽️ meters from shops and the promenade of St-Aubin-sur-Mer with its restaurants, bakery, cinema, casino... And 1500 m from the Intermarche . ◾ Quiet and pleasant place. Other information: ◾ Attention: Linens and towels not provided ◾ The stairs to the floors can be a little steep for young children or people with limited mobility, but there is a bedroom on the ground floor, with direct access to the bathroom and toilet. No smoking in the ◾ 🚭 house ◾ 🧹 Cleaning to be done at the end of the reservation, or on request with an additional charge of €120. ◾ 📅 During the school holidays, we prefer to book by the week, and from Saturday to Saturday in summer for any other request, please contact us!
