Roslelea retreat boasts lovely views to a lake and delightful tree lined park opposite. The lake precinct is a great place to go for a walk, see local birdlife, find quiet contemplation or work out on the free exercise machines. On the other side of lake (5 mins) is a small shopping mall with 5 dining options The space Roselea Retreat offers a totally private entrance on the first floor, accessed by its own external stairway. Entry is via key in lock box.. The Master bedroom with super king size bed is spacious with adjoining master bathroom, equipped with double basin vanity, separate shower recess and large couple's spa bath (spa function currently not working) A separate powder room is accessed via the bathroom or main living area. A newly installed kitchenette with full sized fridge & dishwasher is provided . Coffee and tea facilities including a Nespresso coffee machine with pods are available. There is a generous living area, comfortably furnished, with 2 large electric motion, reclining, leather sofas and large tv for your total rest & relaxation. A designated, space separate to the bathroom accomodates a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. The front loader has a handy, quick 15 minutes wash cycle. Guests enjoy the lovely , large balcony complete with outdoor setting, overlooking the lake and park. A great place to begin the day with breakfast... if early you'll catch the trees bathed in glorious morning sunrise colours. Towards the end of the day , the balcony becomes a serene place to relax & take in the view whilst enjoying a vino or two. Our summer evenings are quite divine. And there's more... Should the hot weather or a balmy summer evening have you wanting to cool off, Roselea Retreat offers a dip in a solar heated pool ( operating in warmer weather). Alternatively if you would prefer an ocean dip, this is about 7 mins away. Simply head to the end of our street, turn right and follow this road for the next 7 kms and you will find your toes dipping in the sea at Trigg Beach. Perth beaches are delightful offering soft white sandy shores and the most spectacular sunsets. Trigg beach is one of Perth's most popular beaches. There are both informal and formal dining options at Trigg Beach. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing, relaxing or take a stroll on the white sandy shore. Then perhaps why not dine whilst being treated to the awe inspiring, divine sunsets by the sea. A short walk across to the other side of the lake there is a small shopping centre with a choice of 5 dining options, chemist, bottle shop and large grocery store open til late weekdays and all day on weekends Guest access Guests have full private access to the first floor. Complete private access to the pool and surround can be offered Please note : “Only registered guests permitted on property – no exceptions.” Other things to note The Master bedroom is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate a child's portacot and a bassinette ...thus sleep a family of 4 comfortably.
