In the mood for a relaxing getaway, some romantic time with that special someone, a hang out with friends or family? This is the place for you! Once you arrive make your way into a relaxing three bedroom, two bath home, with everything you need to have a great time! The space Nice cozy home close to the lake, but If your choice is to relax and do nothing at all…rejuvenate yourself in the Main bedroom, on a King sized bed, for some comfortable sleep! Lay back and listen to music, watch a good movie or binge watch your favorite show. This room has its own private bathroom, with a nice spacious shower, double sink and a walk-in closet. If you’re coming in a small group the second room has a Queen Sized bed and the third room has a Queen bed and a twin sized Bunk Bed, both rooms are equipped with smart TVs. The guest restroom is located right outside those two rooms. The house accommodates 8 people comfortably, with the existing room set ups, but can accommodate a few more depending on your comfort in sleeping arrangements. Feeling Hungry? You can prepare a delicious home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen or cook outside on the grill! You may even be in the mood to start up a campfire and make some s’mores. Yum! On a perfect night, sit outside on the comfy sectional or sit at the fire pit, look up and just gaze at the stars! Don’t want to be outdoors? You cant go wrong with a movie night, play some pool or air hockey, cook a good meal, listen to some music. Make a game night. The choice is yours! Are cats and dogs allowed you ask? Ofcourse I love animals! I have two of my own, property is gated and fenced for canines with a great sized yard, so they can run and play! No supplies are in home for them other than bowls so you will need to bring their necessities for the stay. The house is deep cleaned thoroughly after every visit, but If you have severe pet allergies, you want to consider that 100 percent absence of pet dander cannot be guaranteed. Some small start off essentials are provided such as soaps, toiletries, filtered water and ice, coffee, laundry detergent, softener, bedding and towels ofcourse, but you may consider bringing your own depending on the length of your trip and size of your group. I provide propane for the grill but I do not provide Firewood for the pit. Parking on property has a single car carport and driveway. Parking is allowed on the road if needed but may be limited. If you require lake access to gated community dock you will need to ask me for the key before check in. It has a fishing dock, boat ramp and even a picnic area!
