Description

Rustic Cabin with all the amenities including, Wood Burning Fire Place, Screened Porch, Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower, Hammocks, and lots of games including Kid Friendly Axe throwing, Crokinole, Corn Hole (Been Bag Toss), and plenty of board games for everyone to play. On the edge of Victoria Beach Restricted Area, and Vast network of Hiking and Groomed Cross Country Ski Trails that come right to the back of your fenced lot. A great getaway, just over an hour from Winnipeg. The space This cottage was fully remodeled in 2023, offering a warm modern-rustic retreat in a peaceful setting just outside the restricted area of Victoria Beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 9 guests across 3 bedrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. Guests can enjoy a bright and inviting open-concept living space with a stone fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. Step outside and unwind in the private hot tub, or enjoy the screened-in room, offering a comfortable bug-free space to relax in any weather. The property also features an outdoor shower for a refreshing open-air experience, as well as an outdoor chiminea fire feature, perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Also added are a few hammocks in the yard, tucked away in quiet spots—great places to relax with a book and your favourite summer drink. Mine is gin and tonic (or maybe wine, or beer if it’s hot out—I have a few favourites!). A variety of books are also available, and Into Thin Air is one of my most enjoyed. The property sits on the edge of the restricted area of Victoria Beach as well as the walking and cross-country ski trail network. In the spring, summer, and fall, you can park your car at your cottage and head out the back of the property to enjoy the trail system and the natural benefits of the restricted area. In the winter, you can ski directly from your back steps onto the groomed trail network. Set in a quiet natural environment, the cottage offers privacy and space while still being conveniently located just outside the restricted area—close enough to enjoy everything the region has to offer, while still feeling tucked away and private. This is a fully finished, thoughtfully designed cottage built for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Three private cottages are thoughtfully spaced throughout the property, offering a peaceful and secluded retreat while still being close enough to accommodate larger groups when needed. Each cottage is fully separate and self-contained, with its own private hot tub, deck, and BBQ, allowing guests to enjoy plenty of privacy and their own space to relax. For extended families or groups of friends traveling together, the close proximity of the cottages offers the convenience of staying nearby while still enjoying the comfort of your own private getaway. Together, all three cottages can comfortably host up to 25 guests. Guest access The entire cottage is your to use. The basement through a separate front entrance is our office and storage space, which is rarely used, so you won’t see us other than periodically when getting supplies.
